| Dear Friends,
One reason we love what we do at The International Kitchen is that our clients return from their trip with fabulous memories sure to last a lifetime. In that spirit, we've been sharing some of our own favorite memories on our blog, of discovering cooking programs, making new friends, and exploring Europe and beyond. Below is just a sampling of those memories. Now we want to hear from you, too! Email us with some of your cooking vacation memories and we may feature your experiences on the blog. (As always, photos are welcome.) |
"One of the most special memories of my... Women Only Week in Sant'Agata... was the night we made pizza dough. We then created our own pizzas, baked them in a wood-burning brick oven, and enjoyed them with a glass of wine. The gnocchi, the ravioli, and the sautéd calamari were all delicious...but I think about that pizza." - Mona, Program Coordinator

"This is Tuscany... without the crowds, the attitude, or the prices, with a promise fulfilled of a unique, authentic, personal experience in a gorgeous region of Italy with everything, and, I mean everything, at the highest quality... I must end with a memory of the visit to the pig farm, a treasured experience for me, and the memory always brings a huge smile to my face!" - Karen, Owner |
"The first night of our trip, my husband and I decided to splurge and we got the 8 course tasting menu from Le Bistrot. It was the best meal that I have ever eaten in my life. The soup, meat, fromage, dessert, everything was perfectly done." - Kerry, Travel Coordinator |
