| Where's Johnny Jet?  What a week! If you are following me on Facebook or Twitter then you already know we announced our winner of the two Qatar Airways tickets. I wish I could enter myself since Iceland is one of the most beautiful countries in the world and it’s only five hours from New York. Speaking of New York, after I sent last week’s newsletter I flew to JFK so I could speak at the New York Times Travel Show – can you believe that my room sat 800 people and it was almost full? My mom would’ve been so proud! I am so happy that it went well and that my brother, sister and best friend made it in from Connecticut to attend. I can’t wait to do more, since I love teaching people how to save money and be better travelers. My next gig is going to be on February 23 at the Los Angeles Times Travel show. P.S. One of the things I teach is that there’s not one website out there that has the absolute cheapest price for airfares, hotels, car rentals, cruises and package deals, so the trick is to do your research and check them all to see who has the best deal at that moment in time.
